Day Six

Tongue Bay To Macona Inlet Via Cid Harbour

Day-Six

The tune had changed by now I could no longer hear LESS SAIL it had become MORE SAIL MORE SAIL as the others found that Acropora heeled the same in all winds and was steady no mater what.

Today we decided to go through Hook Passage then down to Cid Harbour rounding Cid Island then north to a safe anchorage in Macona Inlet on Hook Island, along the way we saw some familiar retired Sydney Hobart Yachts being now used as fast day charters with professional crews, we took the chance and using the dingy photographed both boats when we could.

Evening arrived and we settled down to dinner and a well earned rest
