Pick up the van at Apollo Heatherbrae and proceed to Robyn and Al’s place at Anna Bay for an early start

Day Two (and Three)

Make our way to the highest caravan park in Australia at Guyra travelling the Thunderbolts Way this was to be a test for the Prado as it has some real steep winding sections (if you have not travelled this road it is a real pretty area I recommend it) and all went well until we came upon a very slow semi this caused me some concern as the temp rose a little before when it was safe he moved over to let his tail pass the temp soon returned to normal this was the only event during the entire trip and we arrived at Guyra in time to setup and do a little exploring but for some silly reason I left my camera firmly in its case so there are no photos (The camera did not come out until we were in Tenterfield)
