If the Styx River is primarily known in Greek mythology as a boundary river in the Underworld separating the living from the dead. I wondered what the Styx Road had to offer there was only one way to find out.

A visit to the Styx Tall Trees Conservation Area to see the towering Eucalyptus regnans, also known as giant ash, which give the reserve its name. It's not just their height, with numerous species measuring over 90 metres, but the girth of these remarkable trees which render them among the largest and tallest eucalypts on the planet.
