First on Last Off does it mean last out of the airport? Definitely not! having a wheelchair waiting for us when we arrived with an airport staff member means we have priority, our bags were first off and waiting for us when we cleared immigration which we did without joining the waiting line we were shepherded straight to the front of the line so even most of those who managed to disembark before us ended behind us and the others still had to wait for their bags. We were actually first out of the airport and on to our waiting car to take us to our hotel. Travelling with a wheelchair has benefits.

We did not know what to expect during our stay as this was just a break in our journey so anything positive is a bonus, and there were plenty of them, two nights here so just one full day to explore including the worlds tallest building - Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, then the evening fountain display
