Glasshouse Mountains

This was to be a trip to the Sunshine Coast to explore just what it had to offer but as we approached the the Glasshouse Mountains that changed, once we saw them Carol and I both realised that though we had passed them many times we had never taken a closer look. So we decided that today was to be that day.

Along the way we explored some interesting tracks.

We headed off to the Glasshouse mountain Lookout but before we reached it stopped for coffee at the lookout café just below the actual look out, and took these photos

then proceeded to the actual lookout which doubles as an fire spotting point during bushfire season
