Day One And Two
Woke up early on day one as I was anxious to see if they had the parts for the fridge, spoke to the service person and I was smiling as I was told to unhook the van in the service area, and they would ring me when I could pick it up (this was a simple half hour job or it should have been)!
I called back at lunch time only to be told there was another error, the display was not talking to the controller card 1, Ok so the pulled the fridge apart so that all the connectors could be checked, and one that should NEVER have been able to come apart was disconnected, plugged this in and every thing looked good so I was asked to check all operations, gas worked 12v worked, but the 240v was showing “VOLTAGE BELOW 190V” ok so maybe my batteries were low. I used their mains supply and the error was still there, the service people then traced that back to yet another plug that should NEVER come apart, FIXED! The demons were at last gone, in fact the fridge works better now then ever.
On to the Caravan park to pick my spot in yet another dust bowl with only a little bit of grass where people had been letting their grey water the ground. One good thing I had plenty of room to move even with the annex up. Time to scout out the area and the airport so I knew where to pick up my guests.
Day two was easy pick up my guests and settle them into their accommodation and retrace some of my scouting from day one, cook dinner and go for a walk before retiring for the night. Taking in the sunset.
